How do you ensure my package arrives safely?

You will not find a better packed box! We take huge amounts of care to ensure your order will arrive intact.

All fittings are packed inside of boxes with large amounts of padding and bubble wrap and are then packed inside another well padded box for an additional layer of protection. Oversized packages can be delivered in a crate.

Who is going to deliver my package?

Kilt And More only works with the most reliable couriers, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS & DPD.

How do you ensure my package arrives safely and intime?

You will not find a better packed box! We take huge amounts of care to ensure your order will arrive intact and quck delivery.

Will my order arrive on time? How do I stay updated on the progress?

When an item is in stock, it will take from 3 to 6 working days for delivery. Stock statuses are available on the product pages. Custom made item take a time 7 days processing and next 3 to 6 days delivery

From the moment of purchase, we’ll be in regular contact via a series of emails related to the progress of your order. Once out for dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking link from the courier that will give you real time status updates.
